Visa medical certificates issued by Wilmer Health are intended for administrative visa documentation purposes only. Certificates confirm that, based on information provided and remote clinical review, no disqualifying medical risk factors have been identified in accordance with relevant visa medical certification expectations at the time of review.

Certificates are based on self-reported medical information, identity verification, and structured remote clinical assessment. They do not represent a comprehensive assessment of overall health or long-term medical fitness.

Wilmer Health does not provide emergency medical care, urgent treatment, diagnostic services, or medical management.

Our services do not replace care provided by your GP, primary care physician, specialist doctor, or local healthcare provider. If you experience symptoms, health concerns, or changes in your medical condition, you should seek appropriate in-person medical care.

If you require urgent medical assistance, you should contact emergency services immediately (999 in the UK, 911 in the USA, or your local emergency number).

Clinicians providing services through Wilmer Health may decline to issue a certificate where they believe further in-person medical assessment is necessary to ensure safety.
